A registration is confirmed only after the entry fee has been received. Places are allocated on a first-paid basis until all sixteen places are taken.

A withdrawing team may be considered for a refund of 20% of the €275 entry fee (€55), subject to review and approval by AFCOH. A refund is never automatic.

Teams are responsible for the accuracy of their squad information and for the conduct of their players and staff on match day.

Team rosters may contain up to 18 players and 2 staff members and must be completed by 1 July 2027. AFCOH may publish separate competition regulations through the Team Portal before tournament day.
