A registration is confirmed only after the entry fee has been received. Places are allocated on a first-paid basis until all sixteen places are taken.

Entry fees are non-refundable unless the tournament is cancelled by the organisation.

Teams are responsible for the accuracy of their squad information and for the conduct of their players and staff on match day.
